ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Billye and I am the founder and lead coordinator of Blissful Events & Design.  For many years I have always had the desire to be a wedding and event planner but never let it be more than a thought.  Until now. 

Thanks to a very close friend I got the nudge I needed to bring it to life.  The last few years I have been able to really tap into my creative side and I am ready to bring that to Blissful Events & Design.  When it comes to weddings there isn't anything I don't like.  The planning process, organization, DIY projects, and design....I love it all!
